Fairy tales in real life, unfortunately, do not exist, but there is a way to "live happily ever after " too, a chance to meet the other person that we complete that will integrate with what we are and who we built in our lives, so far. Finding a person to whom we grant access to our deep, revealing parts of ourselves that sometimes rather keep hidden. Past experience can help us understand what was unsaid, what has been disappointed in the past relationship, but also in ourselves, and then what are the needs that we try to meet in relation to the other and what we hope to find in it.
